How I build your agent
Six steps, from our first call to an agent that runs every day.
Discovery
I look at how your team works today, find the bottlenecks, and pick the spot where an agent will pay off fastest. Every agent starts with your problem, not the tech.
Architecture
I design the agent’s brain: which model it runs on, which tools it can use, and how it makes decisions. It also gets a written rulebook: a plain-English file that says who it is and what it’s allowed to do.
Build
I write the workflows and skills your agent needs, like qualifying leads, triaging email, pulling data out of documents or answering support questions. Each skill is small and testable.
Train and connect
The agent learns how your business works and plugs into the tools you already use: CRM, email, Slack, databases. Your team doesn’t have to change how they work.
Test and monitor
I test every workflow against real scenarios, set up logging so you can see what it’s doing, and add guardrails. It doesn’t touch live work until it passes.

Your agent starts handling real work. I keep an eye on it, tune its skills, and add more as you need them. A good agent often costs a fraction of the manual work it takes over.
